Safety
At Elliott Construction Ltd we understand that safety on site is a key role that has to be implemented on all Projects we undertake. All of our direct employee's as well as sub-contractors must at all times adhere to strict company policy on safety.
Each Employee of Elliott Construction is given a pocket handbook on safety once employed by the Company. The handbook contains codes of general practice of safety On-site. Any Visitors on-site must also adhere the appropriate safety-Wear as the construction crew.
All Employee's and Sub-Contractors of Elliott Construction are issued with the appropriate Work-Wear for the Job at hand. This may include the following list if work wear items;
- Hard Hat
- Hi-Vis Vests/Jackets
- Steel Sole Footwear
- Harness were Necessary
- General Purpose Goggles
- Protective Gloves
- Respiratory Protection were necessary
- Hearing Protection were necessary
The Safety wear above is only a secondary means of protection from various elements on-site. The First and best practice is to ensure that the work environment is well planned out in advance of jobs and that certain safety precautions are implemented.
